Use the form below to reach us. It goes to the person who edits this site, not a ticketing queue, and most messages get a reply within a few working days.
What we can help with
- Corrections. Jerusalem’s opening hours move constantly — holy sites adjust for festivals, museums change their winter schedules, the Old City gates open and close on their own logic. If a guide has a detail wrong, tell us which guide and which paragraph and we will fix it at the source.
- Gaps. If you went looking for something on this site and it wasn’t here, that is useful to know. Several guides exist because a reader asked first.
- Press, research and syndication. Questions about reusing material, or about how a particular guide was sourced.
- Anything about your data. Access, correction and deletion requests under GDPR or similar laws. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
What we can’t help with
We are a publisher, not a travel agency. We can’t book hotels, sell tickets, arrange guides or transport, or intervene with a tour operator on your behalf — and we have no connection to any of the businesses covered on this site, so complaints about them need to go to them.
We also can’t advise on whether it is safe for you to travel, or on visa and entry decisions. Those need an authoritative source: your own government’s travel advice for the first, and Israel’s Population and Immigration Authority for the second. We will happily point you at the right page, but the answer has to come from them.
Send a message
One practical note: if you are writing about a time-sensitive detail — a site you found closed, a route that has changed — please include the date you were there. It makes the correction far easier to verify.
